We Focus on building fat burning muscle while improving endurance and getting a good sweat in.
Every class starts with a fun warm up and some coach lead stretching. Once our bodies are ready we do circuit training to tone and tighten those muscles. Most classes end with a 10-20 minute Fat burning cardio workout that uses things like Sleds, Kettlebells, Wallballs and Dumbbells to drive that intensity even higher.
This Heart Pumping Program meets 3 days a week at 4 different class times!!
