Our main program and the foundation for our fitness community, CrossFit consists of constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements. We use a number of fitness elements to improve all aspects of your health and fitness to get in the best shape of your life. Your strength, stamina, speed, balance, coordination and flexibility will all improve substantially once you begin our CrossFit program.
Our CrossFit classes consist of a Workout of the Day (WOD), where you’ll join your fellow classmates in exercises that change daily. You’ll never get bored with our CrossFit program, as each day’s activity provides something new and exciting. Classes are intentionally capped to prevent group sizes from becoming too large. This isn’t a “normal” gym where you’re only a number or a face in the crowd. Our CrossFit classes focus on creating a welcoming environment where you’ll receive personalized attention from our trainers and participate alongside other members cheering you on to be your best.
Our CrossFit classes are perfect for anyone looking to improve their health and performance. Each CrossFit class is an hour long and includes the warm-up, skill progression, workout of the day (WOD), and a cool-down. We offer goal based programming: Fitness and Sport.
Our FitCamp is designed to deliver a total body workout and increase your overall fitness faster. FitCamp workouts do not incorporate heavy strength training or barbell work like our other classes. Instead we focus on athletic drills, running and rowing, plyometrics, kettlebells, functional movements and more. And of course, we always scale your individual workout to your needs for a perfect fit.
Double Barrel Fitness offers hybrid classes that utilize a blend of 1 on 1 coaching with our small group training sessions. Perfect if you are looking for any of the Following:

The Double Barrel Developmental Weightlifting program is focused on increasing athletes’ familiarity with the basic, fundamental tenants of weightlifting. Our knowledgeable coaching staff break down the snatch and clean jerk into each elemental movement, while explaining the core concepts involved. Instruction is given in measured cues that focus an athlete’s attention. Each week, coaches help athletes improve in the foundations of weightlifting:
Flexibility, Speed, Foot Work, Grip, Position
The aim in this program is not necessarily to lift heavy, but rather to practice good technique that then translates into an ability to move the barbell in a proficient manner, thereby increasing strength gains over time. This class meets 3 days a week.
We offer Olympic Weightlifting classes as the perfect supplement for athletes seeking to develop explosive strength and power as well as improve speed, coordination and flexibility. Don’t be fooled by the sometimes-large exterior, Olympic lifters are some of the most flexible athletes in the world. This class can (and should) be utilized by men and women, young and old.
Our focus is on the two formal Olympic lifts – the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. We also use elements of the squat, press and deadlift to help you improve your form and add weight to the bar. Our Double Barrel Weightlifting classes will provide you with the training and edge you need should you want to pursue professional lifting as a sport. This class is offered 6 days a week.
As personal as it gets. You will have a dedicated coach who will get to know you and work with you towards your specific goals. Our systems works for anyone who identifies with the following:
-No Ambition to train
-Intimidated by large Gyms
-Doesn’t know where to start
Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. Personal coaching is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations, or just prefer the additional attention and accountability. We offer personal coaching in 60-minute sessions.
Yoga is a great complement to our other programs because yoga helps increase strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance — all things you’ll need to get the most out of your workouts! Enjoy the mind-body connection that yoga brings so you can tune in to your body and relax your mind.
Recess for grown-ups. In Open Gym, you have to freedom to use our gym any way you want. Make up a missed class, work on “homework” from your coach, practice skills you’re still mastering…the options are limitless.
